Custom Collections LLC steals your money and refuses to take your calls to explain Dallas Texas
I hired Custom Collection to collect bad debt for my office. They have collected checks from patients that I have placed in collected with them and kept ALL THE MONEY!
They also asked for $100.00 to sue a patient. I paid them the requested $100.00, they never sued the patient and kept that money as well.
I fired this collection agency and have asked for copies of the front and back of all checks that they have cashed that was due to be paid to our office and they have refused to comply. Now when I call to discuss this rip-off situation they hang up on me. I received an email today from them saying that I am not to call their office again.
Business out there, DO NOT use this company. Debtors out there don't pay any money to this company because you will not be credited for it with the people you owe it to.
