Promised home improvements including screen door replacement, minor painting, front porch light repair. Provided check for remaining contract balance, and informed that check was shredded. Second check cashed and promises to return second check never occurred. Two checks deposited, total scam artist. Do NOT use Brian Dougherty for any home yard work or home improvement whatsoever. He preys on the elderly and single women, and is a dangerous scammer for lower and limited income individuals. Will be informing 12 News on your side of his escapades, filing reports of his abuse on Angie's list, and doing whatever I can to help others avoid hiuse use.
