He does not use the name Cut By Design in any of his postings. His most recent post was 2-24-13 "leaf removal low low prices". In 2012, I paid for services he never performed. If you do decide to use him, never pay him until the job is complete! Also, check him out with Richmond's Better Business Bureau, he has an "F" rating.
