Cutting Edge Builders in Lexington, NC owned by Jake Justice did not complete the work and what was done was done wrong and made thing worse. Lexington North Carolina
They asked for half the money in advance to get materials and promised to start the next day at thursday the 8th 8:30 am. They didn't come and called to stated they needed that day to get all the supplies that would be needed to complete the job and would be there the 9th at 8:30 am. They didn't show up till 12:30 pm to start the job after calling to see what was happening. They start work only to have to leave to go get more parts which took 2.5 hours when they did return they worked about another 2 hours and left for the day. They did the same thing on the 10th always having to leave for a while because of parts or wrong parts showing up late leaving early, but promised to come sunday and finish the job, but they never showed up and I received a text later that day stating they couldnt come because Jake had to deal with personal business.
Monday came and they didn't show up but one of them asked if they could come that night and finish the Job it was about 5 i said yes cause we had been without water all this time and need it to be done. He came only to leave to go get part he waas gone 3 hours according to him he was waiting on his boss "Jake" to meet him to get the parts and he never showed up so he bought the parts himself he staed to midnight trying to fix the leaks but couldnot and stated he would be back tomorrow. Tuesday, Wenesday, and Thursday were about the same except Jake showed his face on thursday and worked for about two hours only to ask for more money, but no more money till the job is done. quest what he left early again and did even let anyone know. Friday he never showed up after texting and calling him he finally texted and said he would be thee around 2pm, but never showed up.
He stated that he left early thursday to get extra help but got into a car accident and hurt his back but would be there to finish the job. I continued to call and text he finally answered his phone and ask for an hour so he could pick up his workers and he would be here around 6pm again a no show, and its our 9th day without water and he tells me not to worry he never leaves a job unfinished. I told him to come get his trailer and to bring me my money back. It is now four days later the 13th and he has done neither, nor have I heard from him. So, small slaims court here I come. Oh and he has three different address listed for his company just found that out. DO NOT HIRE CUTTING EDGE BUILDERS IN LEXINGTON, NC OWNED AND OPERATED BY JAKE JUSTICE. HE IS A RIP-OFF AND A LIAR!
