My husband and I had just visited the pharmacy and had already purchased our medications without incident. We had shopped for some items for our grandson's birthday and household stuff, over the counter meds etc. and were not in any hurry. We were just patiently waiting in line for the cashier, there was one customer ahead of us.
The "manager" forced us to come to the self-checkout register and instead of letting me just do the self-checkout he wanted to stand very close to me, less than 2 feet, and get in my way, put my stuff in the bag for me and just generally treat me like an idiot. While this was going on, my husband noticed that he was not wearing his mask over his nose and requested that he fix it. The manager said he was sorry that it falls off when he talks.
I thought he had fixed his mask but when I looked over at him again, because of his highly annoying behavior, he had it almost completely off. Both myself and my husband are in high risk groups for COVID and this was our first time in the store in months but we both had our masks on correctly. I told him that if he did not properly cover his nose and mouth we were going to leave. He made up an excuse again and I told him that I did not give a "sh*t". He asked me to not curse at him. I told him I was the customer and I would do what I wanted.
He then said we should leave so I got mad and threw the items from the cart in the floor and onto the self-checkout. I told him to "f=off" and then he started hollering for someone to call the police because he was being assaulted. We left.
I called the store back once I got home to ask to speak to his supervisor. I was told he was the manager so I asked to speak to him. He did not want to give me his supervisor's phone number and he put me on hold but finally came back to give a phone number. The number was not covered over the weekend.
I asked him for his name and he mumbled something so I asked him to repeat it. He said he would not because he had already given it to me.
I called the store back after he hung up on me and asked the cashier what his name was.

The intern pharmacist here in phenix city is on a power trip. Who she thinks has the right to forbid people not to come back who don't tolerate abuse from the pharmacy employees. Then she takes matters into her own hands to tell you that you can't come back because you refuse to drive around after waiting a hour for your prescription.
Then for them to tell you they don't have it in stock & trying to make a fool out of your. I refuse to let anyone make a fool out of me. Alabama is a stand your ground law state. You don't have to take anyone abuse. But this witch intern pharmacist says you're forbidden not to ever come back & can no longer get your medicine filled their.
Because you defended yourself.

Now they are harassing me and my son on the Summerville Rd cvs in phenix city. Regarding his test strips. He has been getting them filled at the Crawford Rd location but since all the drama their he doesn't want to go their anymore. He had been getting them filled they're for over 2 years & not one time did they ever needed a diagnosis code.
CVS is stealing from Medicaid by harassing Medicaid recipients & withholding the medical supplies that they need to check their blood sugar levels. I was doing everything in my power to keep my cool to keep from attacking this scum! But Matthew and Christine were allowed to go complete psycho and attack me.

Besides being better employees after you file a complaint. They hold it against the customer because the CVS district manager or Board of Pharmacy rules in their favor it gives them ammunition to further harass you and withhold your medication from you, Or to tell you to leave & not come back! I almost lost my Christian & wanted to physically attack Matthew in the groin after the way he spoke to me!
It's pretty sad for a store employee to get a customer to thinking those types of thoughts. Because they have been pushed to the limit. But for the company CVS to give permission for a pharmacist who is suppose to be "professional" to abuse a customer to verbally attack them in front of other customers, then tell them to leave & not come back! I wanted to do such evil things to him so badly!
I was in a sad state that day on 01/10/2020 to be thinking about those bad & evil thoughts. He needed a punch in the groin that day for the things he said to me! I am still very angry & PO!

Its the customer who pays the price, not the bully/abuser pharmacist or bully techs us customers have nobody to go to can't depend on the board of pharmacy. It's not right that they get the customer upset then they don't have to do anything then.

They still got away with harassing me & discriminating against me. They all were involved in making things difficult for me. The Board of Pharmacy says I have a right to file a complaint. If I had been treated unfairly. But then they treat you like this after you report a bad pharmacy to them. They don't do jack S***. But I see the discipline and fine other pharmacies in the state of Alabama & other pharmacists & techs.
But not this one in Phenix city CVS on Crawford Rd for some reason. The businesses that do evil against you, are the ones that prosper the most for some reason. I just don't understand it.

CVS hires some of the sorriest scum I have ever seen. This is a nationwide problem at CVS pharmacies all across the country with them abusing customers than telling them to leave & not come back. CVS allows the pharmacist and test to treat customers like crap but don't you dare stand up to them. They are so cruel to people with certain medical conditions. Like high blood pressure and diabetes.
They know it would be hard for a customer to control their temper. So they are why the pharmacist told me off regarding my complaint I made to the board of pharmacy and he didn't like that I filed it. Well too bad the techs shouldn't have been giving me a hard time and making things difficult for me knowing my mental health conditions and high blood pressure and high blood sugar could easily set somebody off.
The pharmacist can be a complete jerk to a customer. The pharmacist got me to the point of crying but I tried not to let him know that. He just kept pushing my buttons. But this one male customer told me off saying I had a personality disorder! Well having high blood sugar from Diabetes and having high blood pressure problems and the pharmacist knew what medications I took. I did record the abuse from this male customer and from the pharmacist on my cell phone.
He knew I could get easily upset and triggered my mental health problems & PTSD. From dealing with jerks like him throughout my life because I am a single female. CVS & the board of pharmacy completely looked the other way & didn't discipline this pharmacist or techs at my local CVS in Phenix city al on crawford rd.
