We ordered a Cybersonic Toothbrush after viewing the add on television with Robert Urich. We received it in the mail shortly there after and all was good, for awhile. Then about a month later we received another one in the mail that we did NOT order and of course our charge card was billed again as well. We called Cybersonic customer service and they assured us that they would credit our account for the one we never ordered. Well, guess what? You guessed it, they never did credit our account and we kept calling back and they kept telling us they would credit our account. Well, They never have and obviously they never will. There's no way in hell I'm paying for the one we didn't order. We had to take the issue up with our charge card company because Cybersonic refuses to help or care. It got to the point where their customer service department would just hang up on us after being on hold for 30 minutes. Or they would say: "can I call you right back?" and of course never did. Their customer service "sucks!"

If they pull this crap on you, dispute the charge with your charge card company, because Cybersonic will not credit your account and you only have so many days to dispute it. Good Luck!!!
