I also ordered three toothbruses in Sept, cc was billed, received brushed, everything cool. CC rebilled end of october for 3 more toothbruses. called numerous times, emailed, ended up with 3 more bruses, called numerous times, emailed, finally received authorization to return second 3, did so, they received in December, no refund, called again, emailed, finally talked to someone last week who explained company growth etc, refund was in computer but never sent thru, so she did so and said they would refund my shipping costs since i had tracking number. Guess what they have charged my cc again. I have disputed with my cc and filed complaint with BBB, I am so frustrated not sure what to do now.
