Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Westward Innovation, Inc., is part of Cydcor, which is somehow part of Ds-Max. There are several websites you can find information on these companies (mostly negative- but the most informative is wolfram.org/scam). Westward Innovations, Elite Acquisitions and Alpha Omega Marketing are all offices in Phoenix- all Cydcor. Each is "owned" by a seperate person, all with different levels of integrity. Ryan Knauss has Westward. All positions- no life experience preferred, door-to-door sales. It is true that they use non-existant names in the ads.

Getting the job after the first 15-minute interview requires a second, 8 hours in the Arizona sun going door-to-door. The person who interviews you has been there only a few months and is hoping to train you so they can build a team. (I got into "leadership" and got the "Day of Opportunity" many times... we buy the lunches and even let the interviewee drag down our sales in hopes to build our team- end result being promotion into assistant management).

Offices in Phoenix sell Quill Office Supplies and AT&T local and long distance. However, since the AT&T campaign has such a large number of upset people in Phoenix due to the "shady" sales techniques they will soon go to the First Horizon campaign (First Horizon is a credit card swiping company). Why so many angry ex-customers? It took me a while to realize we were unknowingly lying to everyone (see my previous post). It was covered up so well by even those in the office I considered friends. I continued asking questions, despite this.

For those ex-coworkers reading this that stay with Westward, I am sorry you can go on knowing you work for such a shady company but I hope that you can do it legitimately- as so many in that office have tried to do- including myself. And Ryan, don't be afraid, noone can prove any illegal sales techniques just yet. Otherwise the Az Atty General would've done something by now, right? You cover yourself well. LOL. Props to being so sly.

K.
