The new scam operation under the same scam artists is call cyouatthetop.com, they stole the idea from another company. This semms to Mr. Binen's modis operendi, he steals from companies and people around him.
The operations that he has run and owned are ACN, unionfriendly.com, unitedworkforce.com, unionnews.com, unionworkforce.com, unionresourcecenter.com. The same scam artist still work for him in s shoddy office on East Tropicana.
All you have to do is Google his name or search on this site and you will see ALL the complaints against this grifter. Even the union halls advise to stay away from them. There have been separate splinter union websites that have started up by some of his ex-employees/people he screwed over (Howard Brandwein)

Here we go again! Jack switching up his companies domain to hide www.unitedworkforce.org and going with www.theunionway.org People stay away from this scam artist. He has scammed me in the past with my real estate office and I have been on him ever since. I WILL NEVER STOP! HE SCAMMED ME OUT OF MONEY AND
WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY! I WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE AN INVESTIGATOR FOLLOWING HIM AND HIS DOMAINS UNTIL THEY SHUT HIM DOWN!
These companies are scam companies! They are stealing from good honest companies! They will tell you that they are union liaisons and that they will send union
members through your door if you pay there outrageous fees(depends on package). It is a total scam. I want everybody to go online and type in Google's search bar
www.unitedworkforce.org I want you to read all of the ripoff reports on this company.
I also want you to read what the afl-cio thinks of this company and what the afscme thinks of this company. These are the true unions. TOTAL SCAM! Do further
research call anybody on www.unitedworkforce.org or theunionway.org. Go to the home page look at the box on the right that says click here for united work force
discounts and providers. Click on that and then pick a state like California. Click on any county. Then click on massage therapy, real estate agent, insurance, attorneys
it doesn"t matter. Call any company and ask if they had any union members go through there doors. Keep in mind some of these people have been up for a year or
two. Ask them what they think of UnitedWorkForce.org. Let's shut this scumbag down. Call your local District Attorney, call the BBB, call whomever is going to put this
liar, thief out of business for good. Report this company to the AFL-CIO so they know he has now switched domain names to hide his deceptful company again.

obviously this was written by a certain misguided ex employee who cannot function or run another optimization company (he already bankrupted two) this is the only way this homeless individual who was friends with the thief howard brandwien (look him up on google if you want a laugh)as he was fired a long time ago for decietfuland misleading salespractices. he alsoowesback all of the commissions paid to him. his scam worked ..he got out with all of the commission money from customershe told about future eventswe knew nothing about and we were left holding his bag of .....)we promptly refunded the customers with no hesitation when we were made aware of them)
enough of mr brandwein
but this twisted individual after the loss of a close girl friend went off the deep and and travels around homelessly (with his dogs) and laptop searching out ways to " get even" with his so called adversary. recently his company ( i say this laughingly) went under again and he has nothing to show for it but anger towards anyone he can.
If he needs to hide behind lies and false statements ( such as ACNa company that is endorsed by no less than Donald Trump himself
along with his backer or should i say hacker, web man are striking out any way the can at us not supporting them financially by paying them money for the shoddy workand unproffessional results they achieved.
they both lack of intgerety and i would be glad to offer a cash bonus if they can actually come up with a little more info than Ellen and fake ellens purchase from us.
and as far as a pi following us why doesn't he have our address??
i have never done business (as far as i know) with anyone in nevada that i have not worked out any complaints with both parties parting satisfied. the reward is for a posting of the work order or invoice or anything showing we did not meet our contractual duties and if we did why have they not taken us to court??? small claims is free. Thanks for the bad write up don and brian. you need to get a life.
for the record i will personally respond to to anyone who is interested in really knowing the truth as i have people that have been with me and known me for years to fill you in on the truth. It is easy to try and ruin not only a good man's reputation but the livelyhoods of the twenty people that work with us. You have no right to jeopordize and or harm there lives. If you really have the b..lls to come over and face me man to man let me know. I have nothing to be ashamed of as you do and there are twenty som people who will tell you and anyone you want to bring along the truth. I know you will not as you don't even know what the word integrity means much less have any. I am writing this for jack because he would not even dignify this with a response. but don and brian this is el come by some time talk to deb get my number i would be happy to personally set you straight. ps i would love to hear you say these things right to my face but of course you won't and cannot because ethics and integrity are not something you could even begin to comprehend much less have.
