Don Michaud left the job to fix the furnace in the middle of the job for no known reason. It was the middle of winter and jeopardized the pipes freezing. He is some one you want to stay away from if you value your home.

I had Don Michaud come to my house to repair my broken oil boiler circulator. He responded quickly although I did not have a service contract with him. He did leave the job unfinished in the middle of the day becasue he needed parts (a new pump) and he had to respond to another customer emergency. He returned the next day with the parts (24 hours later), finished the repair, and did a great job! He charged a fair price. This was between Christmas and New Years, so I appreciate him responding quickly when he could have chosen to spend the time with his family.

I have had D & M service my heating needs for several years now and can say without a doubt that they are one of the best companies I've dealt with since I have been in this home for the last 24 years. You are the acception to the rule. He must have had a good reason to leave your site.
