When this customer ordered the engine first, his credit card was declined. This is the reason why the engine was not delivered on time. When it was shipped, he said it was damaged. However, it was in good condition when it was shipped. We asked him to call the trucking company and file a claim, which he refuse to do. Finall, we refunded his money. We have sold over 10,000 parts since 2000. If anyone wants references, we will be happy to provide telephone numbers. However, for the privercy of our customers, we will not post their numbers online.
