DAC Services Information On DAC Services when a employer has used them for revenge against you deceptive company Tulsa Oklahoma
D A C services works just like the credit companies do. The company you work for has an account,just like,lets say a lender. When you leave for what ever reason your company then enters data on you. Good, bad, truth, lies.
FACT: D A C services has to give you a copy of your DAC report if you have been turned down employment based on DAC findings.
FACT: If you work for a company who had lied on your DAC report you can not change the entry BUT you can enter your side to the story.
In many states you might have legal recourse against an employer who lies on your report with the intent to make it hard to get a job. You have to prove they lied. How do you do this? Cover your butt from day 1. Document everything, tape every conversation. Make sure on the tape you document time and date and DO NOT erase any part of the tape. If you should bring it to court, the judge may think you have tampered with it and not allow it.
The best case scenario? When you have proof positive that someone has given you a bad rap with ADC, call that person and politely confront them. Tell them that you have a copy of the report and tell them what you have discovered that is false. BE FIRM BUT POLITE! Let them state their side of the story do not interupt them. (Given enough rope a fool will hang themself) Be truthful when you state your side. Let them get mad, and crapy. Let them lie, do not get upset. Why? Because in most states it is legal to record a conversation as long as 1 party knows that they are being recorded.
That 1 person would be you. Now that you have them on tape telling you what kind of scum you actually are and why they used D A C as a revenge tool, make a copy of the tape.
Send the tape copy to ADC with your rebuttal. Be sure to have proof on the tape that they intentionally lie about you. At the end of your rebuttal write:
PLEASE LISTEN TO THE ENCLOSED TAPE. AS YOU WILL DISCOVER
I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF A PERSONAL VENDETTA. (NAME OF
PERSON) USED YOUR COMPANY AS A TOOL AGAINST ME. I HAVE
SUBMITTED PROOF THAT THIS CLAIM AGAINST ME IS FALSE. IF
THIS RECORD IS NOT CORRECTED WITHIN 30 DAYS I WILL HAVE
NO CHOICE BUT TO EXPLORE OTHER OPTIONS AS BY UPHOLDING
THIS FALSEHOOD ADC SERVICES IS ALSO DAMAGING MY GOOD NAME
AND CHARACTER.
That should work. If you still have a problem take the tape to a civil rights attorney and let him bring the company to the realization that it would be in their best interest to clear your name.

Southeastern transport wrote Lies on my Dac report.They said I was A unsafe driver I had A minor accident. I had the truck they had give me in the service shop for a week I receive the truck back A 1995 volvo the breaks had fail I had A minor accident. They charge me with a preventable accident and a unsafe drive. there was no damage to the truck and I was fired.
