DADAMOBILE Rip-off Bogus charges on my T-Mobile Cellphone bill On Line Internet
Last month I noticed that we had a charge of $9.99 on our cell phone from DadaMobile. We had NEVER signed up for a subscription with them. I have no idea where they got our cell numbers from but we are being charged $9.99 and there is nothing TMobile or we can do about it. I did get a number from TMobile for DadaMobile but there is no response. TMobile did put them on the blacklist BUT we got another charge for $9.99 this month. I have no idea how to make this stop!

Im too a victim of their bogus scam. I had to call Sprint the past 2 months to dispute the same charges. This is how I see how the "free ringtones" sites scams you. You see a ad that says download free ringtones, so then it asks for for cell number and the company its with. ( now keep in mind now no charges are shown at this point} Then after you put in your information and click get free ringtones now.......You then see the $9.99 charge screen. After reading it I clicked the exit screen because I wasnt paying no $9.99 when it said free! BUT it was too late DADA already had my number from the first screen. so I guess after noticing I wasn't going to order their ringtones they fraudent billed my number for ringtones I didnt order OR recieved through them. I suggest you call your cell phone company and have them put a block on that number for that. If not they will continue to try and bill you like they did me. Hope that works...

I am not at work so i don't remember the short code for dada mobile...i want to say that its 42222. send a txt message with the word stop to the number and you should get a confirmation message back from dada mobile. we can TRY to blacklist them from sending you messages but we cannot stop the charge from coming through. those service are "customer initiated" and are not a part of any service company. hope that helps :)
