If you're thinking of replacing kitchen appliances, DONT BUY EWAVE! I purchased a new Ewave over-the-stove microwave oven a few months ago and within 60 days, the door and vent had broken and the keypad was going bad. I had to go through heck and back just to get a new door and vent and they've broken again! It's just cheap manufacturing and I could replace them over and over and it would be an endless cycle.

A couple of months later....

Now the touchpad has died. I called Daewoo (parent company of Ewave and Magic Chef) to get a new part. They wouldn't sell me a part, but advised me to contact an authorized service tech. They supplied me with 3 companies; I called everyone and all three have given up on Daewoo. They won't service Daewoo products due to poor communication, lack of available parts and failure of Daewoo to pay them for warranty work they perform. Everyone recommended I scrap the microwave and buy a better brand (Panasonic came highly recommended). Learn from my mistake, DON'T BUY E-WAVE OR MAGIC CHEF!
