A few weeks ago I ordered 2 daisy cakes for $58 dollars each and $24.95 shipping special for the 2 cakes. They only shipped me one cake. called them said they would ship the other cake right away but it never came.
Had to do a chargeback on american express and they charged me the full shipping for just the one cake that they sent.
I requested a partial refund of the shipping since it was their error but that was denied by their horrible "customer service" person or owner or whoever it was. So now I am doing a chargeback for the shipping.
All email addresses for them are "no-reply" and there is no real way to contact anyone in charge.
Also, the cake we received was really not that great, so save your money and go to a local bakery.

Had to throw the cake out. The shipping carton and packaging more expensive than the cake. Cake was way TOO SWEET and frosting was very thick and cake did not appear like the picture on the internet. Very deceptive practices.

I had the same experience. After sharing this experience with several friends I was referred to another cake company who will ship cakes for me and have had really great customer service, as well as, good cake. You might want to try this company called Caroline's Cakes. The cakes I have ordered or sent to friends have gotten a good response.
