The Site Manager, Paula Perry just failed my apartment for the repairs I previously reported to HUD April 5, 2007. I want to see the reports from my previous inspections because this is HARASSMENT.

I had my apartment inspected on 3/21/2007 and in December with no problem. My housekeeping was never an issue until I complained to HUD- not even at my last HUD apartment or anywhere I have lived. The things wrong with my apartment were that way when I rented it- ask the last tenant.

If the condition of my apartment was my fault I would have been evicted a long time ago. Why didn't they fail my apartment for the other defects they couldn't attempt to blame on me?

It's obvious that since they found out that I am fighting this illegal retaliatory eviction and wouldn't be gone by June 6, 2007 (date of the scheduled REAC inspection) they decided to try to make the condition of my apartment my fault.

SANDIDGE HILL APARTMENTS INSPECTION TIMELINE

(this is excessive)

August 2006 They had me sign the lease without seeing the apartment.

December 2006 Inspections were done and no repairs ever made.

(See Letters Enclosed)

March 12, 2007 I received a letter about an inspection on 3/16/2007

March 16, 2007 I received a letter about the inspection being rescheduled for 3/21/2007 after a No Show all day.

March 21, 2007 They performed the Inspection.

March 22, 2007 I received a letter about a full week of follow up inspections and repairs 3/23-3/30/2007. They were a No Show the full week (still no repairs made).

April 2, 2007 I had pictures developed of the necessary repairs for my apartment.

April 6, 2007 I called the MultiFamily Housing Clearinghouse to complain and find out where to send a complaint letter I typed the day before.

April 20, 2007 I received a letter announcing a second full week of thorough inspections to start 4/24/2007 and they were a No Show again for an entire week.

April 25, 2007 I mailed an Anonymous Complaint to the local field office in Jackson, MSMay 1, 2007 I received a termination notice and my neighbors told me that they received a letter about inspections scheduled for the next day.

May 2, 2007 I stayed home to see if they were coming this time- NO SHOW again.

May 4, 2007 I emailed another complaint to the local field office for HUD.

May 8, 2007 I received a letter about a month of pop-up inspections and repairs at anytime (not for any specific day) from May 9 to June 5, 2007.

May 10, 2007 I received a Failed Inspection Report for my unit. I complained again to the Multi-Family Clearinghouse at about 10 am- at approximately 6:30 pm I received the Failed Inspection Form that had been delivered to my neighbor's apartment instead of mine.

They are basically saying- I know we are evicting you but can you fix up the apartment before you go?? Now they want me to fix my own apartment. Please forward this to the REAC inspector responsible for the Sandidge Hill Apt. 6/6 /2007 inspection. Dalcor Management and the owners have lost their minds!!

The repairs necessary for my apartment alone (7830 Sandidge Road #46 )

The playground is unkept, outdated, and unsafe for small children.

Thank you for your time. Please help assure that Dalcor management and Sandidge Hill Apts doesn't get away with trying to pay off the inspector again this year.
