Hello Barbara: I live in the same place with you. Everything you have mentioned here are very true. I moved in June of 2005 and now I wish I can move out....I also have filed a report here this morning....I just can not put up with their reluctant. I agreed with one person in here who think we should have a class action suit against this company since there are enough complaints. My report ID# 166330. Im contacting the Harris County Housing Authority for their help, but if you know any way, please let me know....I'm desperate to get out of this place....it's like living in hell.

Your situation about the water is SOOOOO like Dalcor. Dalcor's Austin properties had similar problems. One of the properties were even featured on Austin's local news. Dalcor apartments featured on the news seems soooo common. Although the property featured on the news has been auctioned off it's now a dump thanks to Dalcor. Funny that Randy Plitt responded to the other report because you never can get him on the phone or by email. I agree Dalcor simply doesn't care about thier residents and renting from them WILL be your worst nightmare ever!!!!
