Vickie, Unfortunatly there seems to be noway of putting an email or phone numer up on this forum. However, you nust know that there are serious grounding issues and aluminum wiring at your complex. If you fear for you safety, the best advice is to move. As long as you stay and pay, your feeding the problem. I can tell you that every issue that I have worked on at Sheffield, save a few, was pretty extreme. The scarry thing is that the major problems arent being dealt with. the life safty type that is. Last I heard was that Dalcor is trying to decide wheather or not to sell the property to the tenants or an association, or to keep it. They WILL NOT "DUMP MONEY INTO IT" IF THEY ARE GOING TO SELL IT. I would just move, its the best way to rid yourself of the problem. Also, Shirly, the new office manager at Sheffield is a GREAT person, she was forced to go to sheffield from her other property, and she turned the other one around in a huge way. She will do what she can w/o losing hwer job to help her residents. Dalcor has her hands tied. But, Dalcor is in the middle of a refinancing problem right now as well. I think they got too big too quick and arent equipped to deal with it.

I Understand what you are saying, we need to work together to get situations, such as these taken care of. My Husband is also getting ripped off by Sheffield Square, regarding payment. We are also affraid that we are having a severe electrical problem, but we are told nothing is wrong. I don't believe it. Please feel free to contact me. I am not gonna be afraid of this company, I was, but I am not anymore I have sought legal advise. If you have any response please post below
