Dallas/Ft. Worth Truck & Equipment, After we signed finance papers, 1 month later Josh Whitesell changed the price of the vehicle Garland Texas
In Oct 2005 me and Josh Whitesell owner of Dallas/FT. Worth Truck & Equipment. Agreed to a price of $6500.00 Cash price and $11,000.00 For financing with $9000.00 Down which was agreed and we signed a promisory note for $6500.00.
I did agree to the $11,000 for him financing the truck. With $9000.00 down it left a balance of $2000.00! When Josh Whitesell found out I was about to pay off the $11,000 In November of 2005. He now wants $16,500.00 Almost ONE MONTH LATER...
NOTE: the truck was registered for sales Price $11,000.00 By Josh Whitesell to the state of texas.
Josh Whitesell has a bad habit when it comes to selling trucks, Once you agree on a price. When it comes to signing the papers for financing its always at least 4 to 5 thousand dollors more.
After doing my own investigaton on him, Come to find out Josh Whitesell does not hold a finance license. SO actually he is not allowed to Finance a vehicle in the state of Texas.
but after I get done with Josh Whitesell/Dallas Ft. Worth Truck & Equipment he may spent time behind bars for fraud of taxes and possibly be forsed OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! I HOPE... we are still working on the legal issues.
Not only did he do this to me, but I know of at least 9 other companies he has done this to.
