Damon Hill and Robert Herman, the two super sized operators of the now defunct Infinity Investment Services and J.A.V.I.S. (the non licensed fake non profit) has managed to prolong their day in court until now.
Take note:
Clark County, Nevada District Court - The State of Nevada vs. Damon Hill - Courtroom 16B 11/04/2010 9:30am.
Jury trial set for 11/08/2010 at 10:30am. 16B.
Expect the court room to be crowded.
Knowing how these two chubby wubbies crumbled once they got busted, I would expect they would will most likely take a plea deal and avoid the public embarrassment of a trial. Neither are man enough to have their day in court. Either they will run like Hill has done so in the past. Or, they will throw themselves at the mercy of the court. Hopefully not. Victims want to see them get grilled in front of a jury.
Hopefully the media will be there. (Remember, use wide angle lens)
