I hired this company to do some renovations on an apartment I planned to rent. I was told by my contractor that the job would take eight days to complete.  After some indicision, I decided I wanted to hav ceasarstone countertops installed in the kitchen ( I was keeping the existing kitchen cabinets). I paid Sergio Fratarcangeli, company president, $6500.00 for the countertops. After the majority of the job was completed, which mostly consisted of carpentry work,

I was anxious to complete the job so I could rent the apartment. Four months had passsed! I kept getting one ecuse after another as to whoy the countertop was not ready.  I finally realized the countertop was never coming,.  We were now in our seventh month.  I sent Mr Fratarcangeli a certified letter giving him a week to complete the job or to return my money.It's been three weeks and I have recieved no reply.  This man is a ruthless piece of garbage.

I am rebutting on behalf of someone who was wise enought to open their mouth about how AWFUL this company is.  I was in the same boat, but my project was bigger and more costly because of this company. I'm now taking out loans to pay people to fix Mr. Fratarcangelli's mistakes and the ROT on my house that he worked on less than a year ago.  He improvises, takes shortcuts, blames the consumer, does not follow the contract - and then to add insult to injury after never showing up - he blames us. I don't think people take the time to write on websites such as this to lie - let alone TWO people with the SAME issues.

The client on this apartment job kept showing up every day changing his mind anout everything he asked us to do. We wasted material and time changing everything he wanted. He even tried to get the workers to do things that were not in the contract. He was under the impression his changes were free. He also didn't calculate that his changes meant more time out of the job. He is just using this excuse not to pay what he owes.
