Turns out they were a man size 9 not ladies size 9. The boots smell like wet dog when it rains its like having garbadage boots on my feet yucky.
Cost me $120.00 for these gross boots. DANA WARNER wouldnt give me a refund.
Ebay and paypal took her side cuz she lied to them. Even though i have spent over $50,000 on Ebay. So stay away from this Ebay seller.
Never buy anything from this Ebay scammer.

EBay sharo-stac Sharon Stacy Summer Stacy 152 E US highway 20 Laporte, IN 46350 [email protected] Asked MANY questions, all were answered with additional photos and exact measurements! Ladies size 9 leather winter boots that she wore for two weeks as rain boots, them wanted to return! Of course wet leather smells!
This person has filed so many claims with eBay and pay pal that she has been banned from filing new claims. It is against eBay AND pay pal policy to file a claim that an item does not fit. I am a person, not a store like target or walmart. Buyer had a hard to fit foot and should try Boots on at a retail store instead of buying pair after pair in the mail.....then claiming The seller did something wrong.
She was told by eBay and pay pal to simply resell the boots. Summer/Sharon chose to wear them in the rain and then try to cheat us all. This person uses two different names. EBay and pay pal sides with me the buyer as Sharon/summer was found to be a malicious bidder/buyer and was blocked from further transactions Pay pal claim 007656101162 EBay claim 5102549371 BOTH claims found Sharon/Summer to be a malicious bidder/buyer and her false claims were Denied!
The boots were never misrepresented by the eBay seller and the eBay seller went above and Beyond to respond to, answer and provide additional photos to the buyer before the buyer purchased the boots.
