If anyone is looking for a home i please reccomend you never use Dana Reality Group. They are the most unprofessional and nastiest people i have ever rented from in my Life!!!
There president Dana Wendy is a real evil person and she will scam you for your real estate rental and give you fake reports on the homes she rents!!!

When I came across this "rip off report", I was dumbfounded. This company sold my home in 2011. During this long and tedious process, I learned just how professional and caring this company is.
I totally believe the company's response to this report in which they indicated that they never even heard of this individual. Reports of this sort have little value when there is NO accountability from the person who is making the report. These reports are, from my experience, often from competitors who want to discredit their competition.
I believe that businesses like this "rip off report" business should be banned from the web. They pretend to be acting as a vehicle for free speech but, as it appears to me, they are trying to make money from businesses who try to defend themselves.

As the Owner, Broker and Propeprty Manager of Dana Realty Group, it is of great concern to me that a person who has had no dealings with me, my staff, or any of my agents writes such a negative review of our company. In the event this is a real consumer that has had this issue with me as he has stated so in his review, I ask that he call my office and speak with me directly. I would gladly meet with him at my office and discuss how he came about having such a negative opinion of me and my company. My entire business is based on referrals, and customer service, honesty and intergrity to the client at all times.
I am with the belief that this review is a bogus review based on reputation management companies trying to get us to pay for their services. I actually inquired about one of these companies services yesterday and ODDLY, this review is posted the same day of my inquiry. Suspect.....I think so. My Yelp reviews as well as Google reveiws are excellent.
In the event this is a real person that feels slided by me or my company I kindly request that you contact me directly.
