Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I recently contacted this website to ask them to remove my information but is inaccurate, defamatory and irrelevant as I no longer live in the US. In my original request I pointed out that the Florida State Attorney is collecting names of websites pursuing this mugshot racket and is hearing several class action lawsuits against various companies. I also pointed out that the incoming statute SB118 mandates statutory payouts to people that request their information is removed and do not get actioned. I note that the company is registered in Panama and they utilise a 3rd party domain screening service to avoid anyone identifying the owner of the site and seeing them directly. All clearly the behaviour of a company operating outside the law and attempting to avoid prosecution. Here is their reply so you can see what kind of bullying, unpleasant, abusive scum bags you are dealing with. Hello, Takes me two seconds to delete content and based on what you said in your first paragraph, I was going to however, my decision quickly changed as I kept reading. Next time in life, your first approach should be a polite request and then if denied, yes, I would agree with a threat but you're clearly a d**k. That being said, you are more than welcome to do whatever you wish. File in your state of Florida if you think that makes a difference. Best of luck trying to enforce US laws in our country. FYI, any document sent us here regarding your name will immediately be shared to over 30 other sites which includes online predator sites, cheater sites, etc. Best of luck trying to get all those taken down as well. You will be chasing your tail. Shitting in your pants yet? Write me a nice long email expressing how sorry you are and if I believe you are being sincere, I may take it down. Also provide proof you are a European citizen. Decisions decisions. Ego or have my information blasted throughout the internet forever? Hummmm It's on you.

Wanted to update this and tell you all that the owner of the dangerdating site did remove my info after a little jostling. Can’t fault the bloke for that.

Interesting enough, the gentleman (I will not mention his name) who posted the complaint on here was correct but left out one important detail. He was rude, demanding and threatening.

As he mentioned what my reply was, I said I was going to remove his information without issue until he was rude and threatened us so accepted his threats.

Go for it. Try suing us. We legally publish public information. If the facts or inaccurate, contact your County since they are the ones who released the arrest information. Also, we never contacted anyone or demanded money so it's not extortion by any means.

All this being said, he changed his tone so I removed his information and never asked for compensation to do so. Free

We are under no obligation to remove content from our site. Even if the laws change one day, they do not apply to us since we do not operate our site in the US. You would have to get a Panamanian court to enforce US laws which has never happened so good luck.

The advice I gave him still remains the same to all in life, be nice when asking for something from someone. Don't be a d**k.

You will be surprised how much more you will accomplish with a different attitude.
