Danny May Basic Home Maintenance Danny May ripped me off ! Southaven Tennessee
Danny May Owner of Basic Home Maintenance hires individuals to sub contract work for him. Then never pays the guys when their work was finished. I have personal knowledge of several people he has done this to besides me.
He ripped me off $896.00 which I notified him on numerous occassions by text messages and phone calls. He sent text messages to me numerous times saying he would pay me and the other guys however he never did.
I don't understand how the State of Mississippi allows him to keep his business open or have a business license if he rips the individuals off.

Why would i pay someone who walked away, never called, and did'nt finish the job?
You was paid on what work you funished. We had to send other guys that did get paid to finish that you was suppose to finish.
I purchased all the materials , all you had to was to do the job.
Oh, how many times did i put gas in your truck and never ask for it back?

As subcontractor , you signed an agreement to fullfill the job.
We have proof that you did not.
You walked off job , left us holding the bag.
Nevee called or showed up again and expect a check , not so.
