I ordered YELLOW DIESEL shoes as a Christmas present for my husband. I received the order confirmation but was given no tracking. I chased for a few days asking for tracking when I was finally given a website. The website was a Chinese tracking site. The website is .co.uk and states they work by US spam law so when I was given the Chinese tracking site I got suspicious and reported to my card provider. It took them 4 days to dispatch the goods. They arrived yesterday. But are supposedly BLACK PRADA. Except they're obvious knockoffs. They couldn't even send the right knockoffs!! I emailed the company and said I wasn't happy and wanted a refund. The "best" they could offer was 15% compensation. I copy and pasted their refund policy which states full refund in 14days but they have not replied. The dispute stands with my card provider and I will continue to email the company until they admit liability.
