Complaint Review: Darcy And Alyson Start - Vancouver Washington

Filed April 2, 2009 in The United States District Court, Western District of Washington at Tacoma, Indictment number 09-CR-05220-BHS and 09-CR-05220-INDI, 17 counts of Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud and Mail Fraud.

Today THE OREGONIAN, a Portland newspaper,has a nice article on the Starts and Derousse. "Assistant US Attorney Mike Lang said each of the 17 counts against the three defendants carries a maximum prison term of 30 years. They will spend time in prison if convicted." Note to Tired Of Ripoffs, yes, in my previous post I was either naive or a relative. Or . . . perhaps being ironic. Just a thought.

First of all.....Darcy Start is a man....secondly if you click on the picture you get a video from an Oregon TV station showing the FBI raiding their house....and your comment concerning anyone who has lived in one place for a long time with a bunch of kids tells me you are prime for the Start's taking your money also. Either you are way too naive or you are a relative of the clan!!!!

I checked out the sites, and lo and behold there are some stories about scams and fraud! Nice picture of a blue jacket with FBI on it. Dacy said in a post her attorney is ready; is that the same attorney who will be defending her? But get serious, folks, how can anyone who has lived in one place for many years with a heap of kids be dishonest?

Anyone can provide a portion of the truth to make their position and / or action more plausible. But what you forget is that most people have the ability to discern fact from fiction. Yes, Alyson & I live in Vancouver. Having lived here (in Vancouver, WA.) for over twenty-five years I believe we are fairly well established. We have six (6) children, and we work a great deal of hours (including weekends). Working from home allows us to spend more quality time with our children whenever we are able. As our family grew we would from time to time move into a larger house with more bedrooms. Our voicemail works and we return emails and / or phone messages as soon as we are able (just like everyone else). Our Fax number is (((ROR redacted))) as it has been for a number of years now. Since the remainder of your posting is unfounded, as well as a grossly exaggerated I will leave you with this. In my opinion you think that remaining anonymous allows you the ability of posting malicious accusations without fear of being sued for the content of your grossly misrepresented posting. If you knew that you are still traceable you probably wouldn't have posted anything, nor would you have grossly exaggerated a few simple facts into a mountain of misinformation. But now that you have, we will pass on this additional information to our attorney. Not only did you blatantly breach our contract by means of gross misrepresentation and / or fraud, you have now publicly attacked our company (as well as us personally), and therefore we must have our attorney contact you directly. We do not agree that in order to post a rebuttal that the State of Arizona should have an exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of this posting and therefore have checked this box for the sole purpose of rebutting this posting.
