Darque Tan DIRTY BEDS, rude staff Beverly Hills California
Staff doesn't always clean every hair out of the beds. No big deal, I understand when it gets busy, but on top of that they are rude when you want to cancel. Very unprofessional, and when I called about a billing error, the girl thought she had hung up the phone and I could hear what incredibly demeaning things she was saying about me. Also their customer complaints center offers only credits to come back to the same salon. Very sad experience all around, they need to hire staff that is more professional.
