Don't' forget to include the evidentiary documents filed by the plaintiff that include the investigative reports and statements from the folks who were on the scene when the vessel was adrift. This is a posting of Roberts that he made on Topix on February 21, 2007: "The Ocean Key Resort Key West had a suit filed against them for theft of a yacht. The Ohio couple thaa filed suit says not only did they steal and destroy their yacht there was an arson fire on board which they tried to cover up. Key West the newspaper will be covering story this friday in their paper. The federal suit 07-60001 miami can be researched by anyone. This is a must read story and i will try to keep everyone up to date. The theft occured when hotel sent representatives 23 miles away from hotel to take the boat over a claim back rent was owed on dock space which is a civil matter. Theft report was filed with monroe county sheriffs which they clearly chose to ignore because the couple was not local. Other police agencies in ft. lauderdale who looked into matter including original police report that was filed said "report clearly has grand theft written all over it" Robert made this post trying to act as a third party, but forgot to change his screen name, "takenadvantageof," that he was using on all his slanderish posts at the time. As you can see from this post, Robert was claiming that HE was the plaintiff and Ocean Key House was the defendent. Furthermore, he claimed that OKH was being sued for allegedly committing a "Theft." Well, as anyone can clearly see from the above rebuttal from NewYork, despite all of Robert's trash talking, his attorney dropped him because he never responded. Well, I finally broke down and spent a little money (8 cents per page-93 document filings) to download the actual documents of the Federal District Court case that Robert the liar Krutko did not lose. LMAO. August 8, 2006: Krutko signed for receipt of certified, return receipt requested letter to Laura Krutko (president, Reef Snorkeling Adventures Inc.) Letter demanded payment of dockage and other fees that are owed to Ocean Keys Resort (owned by Seaboard.) No payment by RSA for dockage fees for the period of December, 2005 through November 2006. Letter also informs RSA that if the billing isn't paid that the boat will be sold 60 days after receipt of the demand letter. Dockage agreement was signed by RSA representative and stipulates that month-to-month dockage is $4500. NOTE: Krutko told the GCMA that he was a month-to-month tenant at $3000 which was printed in their March 2007 Newsletter. IMO, this was a blatant LIE by Krutko. This makes 2 lies I can substantiate by this LIAR. The dockage agreement clearly states that if the yearly lease is not renewed (at $3000 per month for a one year lease) that the dockage goes to a month-to-month lease with monthly fees of $4500.) The first lie was his posting on ROR claiming that I was an employee of United Yachts.
