*Company pretends to have offices throughout major cities, and its own data recovery lab. There is no real company whatsoever. Just one guy using an answering service. The address where he had me ship my hard disk turned out to be a residence, as confirmed by Fedex. Not an office, not a lab. Some dude's home.
*Once he has your hard disk, then you find out that you can't pay by credit card and you have to wire cash. Like being held hostage.
*One excuse after the other for why he can't recover. I paid for expedited service, and had me chase him for 6 weeks.
*Did not even send my part back.
*BBB has him on file. "Unverifiable address" and scam service is also the complaint. Check BBB, if my post wasn't convincing.
