Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I spoke with ziggy and inquired about buying a list.  I asked him the price and he would never be straight with me and tell me the cost.  He just kept asking for my credit card info.  I did not give it to him.  He absolutely refused to tell me how much it cost.  I decided not to do business with him and he went to my Yelp page and wrote horrible reviews about me that weren't true.  I tried calling him to hash things out and he refused to talk to me.  I can't believe this happened to me.  DO not do business with this company.  Nobody should ask for your credit card without quoting you a price.  This man is not a gentleman

False Claim and Proof

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, May 03, 2018

Hello, I am the owner of DataListLeader.Com (Data List Leader LLC).

The person who wrote this claim about my company is providing false information. I am not sure what this person was thinking when they made this false claim.

Since I started this company we have only accepted 1 method for payment by credit/ debt card. This would involve a link through our merchant account servicer which is PayPal. We do this to protect the customer by having PayPal Security involved. We never see our customers credit/debt card number, name on the card or cvv on the back. The idea that I would ask someone for their card information is completly against our terms and conditions and privacy policy. We set up this company with one of the most secure method (paypal) for making a credit/ debt card payment. We did this to protect our clients who want to work with us. This way we are not responsible for having their private card information and the client (customers) feel safe their card information isn't in our hands.

I think this person got their feelings hurt for whatever reason and wants to make a false claim about us, my company and I. Not sure what sparked them to do this but I can assure you that we never take payment over the phone, we never ask for credit card/ debit card information.

The person who made the claim never left their information and for obvious reasons. The person who made this claim said we would not provide pricing information. Why wouldn't we provide pricing information? Ask yourself that and finally...

Their claim said that I scammed them but technically speaking we never worked with this individual. We never provided a product or service, took payment of any kind. How did we scam them exactly? Finally, lets see "the yelp review" that i left regarding this individual. If i really left a yelp review I think it would be important to see what was written which could explain why this person decided to make a false claim about how we work and what actually took place on our call. CHEERS, to uncovering poor behavior by this person making a false claim.

I am going to hold Ripoffreport.Com accountable and expect them to remove this claim. If not removed than at the very least identify the claim made against us as false. According to ripoffreport.com terms and condition, "By posting information on ROR, you warrant and represent that the information is truthful and accurate." The person who made this claim is not truthful and most certainly not accuract. Thanks for your support and review of this case.

My only question to ripoffreport.com is, what will you do about this individuals false, untruthful information that is not accurate?
