The lady I spoke to always returned my calls before she got my money. $1,600 for data recovery. Now 6 months later after lies and conflicting excuses I have no hard drive, no files recovered and no refund. Avoid these two numbers 503-278-4832 and also 916-520-6699. They both go to the same lady with an Arabic accent. Maybe Lebanese? I asked for email address so I could get some reports and she hung up on me yesterday. This is 6 months after I paid and dropped off the hard drive. I recorded the conversation and it is obvious she is scamming.
When I asked where my drive was she paused and In the same phone call she says she has to check where the hard drive is and call me back and then says its hooked up to the "machine" and being worked on within the same conversation. The website claims no data no fee but for some reason this does not apply me. I've reported the check to fraud investigation with my bank. They refuse to accept credit card, stupid me for paying with a check. Hopefully the bank can help otherwise I will look to sue in small claims court.
