Complaint Review: Dave Musk Pavillion Capital - NE

 What a fascinating tale that was but sadly, wrong person. Nice to know I wasn't the only one. Loved the little plug at the end about the charity work. That was hilariously awesome. Oh and by the way, there are no records of your so called wrongful conviction being over turned. Might need to get ahold of that awesome lawyer you found. All that extra work must be keeping you very busy. Enough to check your name frequently on the rip off reports. Still a liar. Didn't expect anything less.

I worked for Dave also 10 years ago with this poster and I know who this is who posted this immature jealous sour grapes thread. I feel I had to respond.

Dave was a marketing manager genius and at one time a big producer in the mortgage business, who is very wealthy and gave me many Internet leads to work. I did very well thanks to Dave I am now set for life!   I am so happy to know Dave to this day. Dave is a very nice man with many friends and is well liked.  Dave's business model was not illegal and the business was licensed in 10 states at the peak in 2007. Dave had an AM radio show at one time and was in many mortgage trade magazines over a ten year period in the 2000's as a contributing expert and he was highlighted a few times about his successful business model. This post is full of incorrect statements.

The man who posted this is Charles "Chuck" Olson, the weirdo creepy lazy professional student. His scam is to take school loans back then when you could get more money than the tuition and live off the money, then never repay the loans!  This is fraud and Chuck is quite the con man!  Chuck claimed to be a doctor who got a degree from Guadalajara Mexico, but he could not produce one proof of any degree he had obtained nor could we find any records online. Chuck claimed all his records where in Mexico and he needed to pass his medical boards in Nebraska to practice and needed money. Chuck said no one would hire him when he told them he was a doctor, not even delivering pizza and he was hired after many calls to Dave begging him to help him. Dave loaned Chuck money many times, Dave never got repaid and Chuck lasted only a few months as he upset everyone in the office. He claimed many things like he worked for IBM, had a black belt, etc, but we could not find any proof that the statements are true.  In fact Chuck closed only one loan, a big million dollar Hawaii loan that Dave tossed his way and Dave mainly processed for him in pity to help him,  Chuck got half of the $20K check, then disappeared for a month claiming he had to assist in a foot operation of his mother-in-law in Mexico. His 5 loans in the pipeline I worked when he left and where all junk, should have never been in the pipeline and all got turned down.

Chuck came into the office one day when Dave was on the phone, noticed his desk was gone to another and started to harass a partner of Daves'. I was in the office next to Dave. Dave came out to catch Chuck jumping over the partner's desk trying to hit him. Dave was much bigger than little Chuck and easily subdued him with a full nelson and escorted Chuck out of the building. If Chuck was a martial arts expert, he certainly did not demonstrate this when Dave let him go in the parking lot and said "Ok you want to go...?" Chuck just walked away quickly and we never heard from him again.  lol....

Chuck must be 60 now, but back  them he looked an old age 50 with a beer belly. Chuck dyed his hair blond and said he looked like M and M (and he did not!  lol) and would sing all the M and M songs at work that was really odd and irritating as my desk was close to him. He also made sleazy sexual advances towards me and other women all the time. If I told my husband Chuck would have been hurt badly. Chuck would prey on introverted "librarian" looking women and use them for money to live off and sex. He had several of these women while in the states when he claimed to have a wife in Mexico.

Dave did a house loan for Chuck on a small run down home maybe 15 years ago that Dave I am sure made little money as it was very time consuming dealing with Chuck. The secretary would go hide in the restroom when he pulled up in his red 1995 Pontiac Fiero that Chuck thought was so cool!  Chuck lost the home in foreclosure and had filed bankruptcy. He was behind on his child support for a then 9 year old daughter. He was living in a bad sketchy area apartment on the edge back then.  I can only imagine his situation is the same.

Dave invited Chuck and his daughter to join his family on Thanksgiving once. Chuck got into a political argument with Dave's current girlfriend back then and was asked to leave. Dave took care of a severely handicap girl that was his girlfriends child and he volunteered at homeless shelters, attended church Sundays, lead a bible study and gave money for many charities. Dave is a very nice man. True Dave had a false arrest in his past, but was exonerated and won a lucrative malpractice law suit for millions against his attorney who messed it all up. Dave retired in 2012 and closed the office and now he is an venture capitalist and invests as the money man in many businesses and manages his assets and helps various charities. Dave also has a head hunting recruitment business for high end placement of CFO's, Doctors and experienced I.T. people, etc.  that he works just to stay busy and bring in more wealth. Dave  has done very well in life and is doing fine with many grand-kids and freinds now! Dave must have really impressed this Chuck Olson and Chuck must really have problems to post this ten years later and be stalking Dave!  Chuck knows who I am and I hope Chuck gets some help and doesn't harass me now!
