Time to go Travel / Travel Quest / All About Travel .......
All the same people they just keep changing their name. DAVE RODWAY and PATRICK WARNER.... There is no fulfillment company, we have all been scammed, we paid for travel discounts, and they don't even have one Travel Agent, they have only been in business for 5 months, and already have an F rating in Ft Mill SC. They promise a refund but it never comes, now I find out they are going-going-gone out business. If you haven't already you need to DISPUTE your credit card.... They only had 10 legal days to give you your money back. I also learned that in the state of Pennsylvania they were required to give us a written rescission clause, which isn't in the paper work, so you now have unlimited time in which to dispute the charge.... What a mess !!! I also heard they were trying to sell our contract to another company, I'm not up for another bait and switch, I WANT MY MONEY BACK..... They promised big discounts and they aren't even licensed or affiliated with the travel industry.... I would ask for their CLIA number but they never answer the phone......

Terry, I am concerned that I have no contact information for you, if you could please forward it I would be happy to address your concern. Unfortunately the sales Manager (John Adams) and the team there were not very ethical. When I hired them I was told how they were from Tn and had run a small church there for years and had come to this business as a way of helping people travel. However, I have had nothing but complaints about this crew. The prices and promises they talk about during their presentations are false, I asked them to change them several times but was not there everyday to confirm this. They made huge commissions, sometimes $4000.00 to $5000.00 per week and didn't care who they lied to or hurt. When this finally came to a head they stole thousands of dollars of office equipment and gave no notice and walked out. I have searched his name on Rip Off Report and found several other listings of complaints against him and his crew all across the United States. The contact information listed for me is correct but I haven't heard from you or received a written complaint, please contact me as soon as possible so we may clear up and address any concerns or misinformation you may have been told by John Adams or the contracts officer Linda Adams. If you need contact info for John please let me know, I only have a cell phone number because they have no home or permanent address and travel the country doing these "presentations" from a camper trailer.
