David Hauser owner of Favored Panel has not paid me for the last 3 jobs that I provided services for.
This is the job description:
Favored Panel takes pictures of cars that have been in accidents for insurance purposes.
Our agents will arrive at an appointed site to survey damage incurred to vehicles involved in accidents by photographing said vehicles. This is done to aid insurance companies in settling claims. Our agents will take 5-10 pictures of the car so the insurance company can proceed to make better decisions with a clear visual representation of the vehicle in question. This inspection is done while utilizing smartphone technology, the photos will be taken with an Android/iOS Mobile Application that allows the photos to be uploaded in real time, providing the fastest service in the industry.

This is contract work and David pays via Paypal. He has paid me for one of 4 jobs and then stopped paying and he will not return my emails nor phone calls. He has SEVERAL complaints against him for this very same thing across multiple companies/scams he runs and unfortunately I did not look into this before providing services for him.
I've included links to the NUMEROUS complaints against him:

Not sure who this is, we may be paying an incorrect payment source... We have never removed any complaints we have over 10,000 inspectors, if there is a payment issue, it usually relates to target payment source paypal or address.

I am owed $125 for the work I performed. I was never paid and do not really expect to be paid. I am sure that I am not the only one. I was not even asked for payment information and I had to prompt them to give my PayPal address which shows they never had any intention of paying me. David is a liar who tries very hard to convince people as you can see in the last posting by him. If you paid then multiple people would not be on the internet stating that you didn't. He actually emailed me stating that he had paid me. Unfortunately, he has recently had some of his other compaints removed.

This claim against Favored Panel was unjust and unfair. We are a different company and provide inspection services for 3 years and have paid our inspectors on time. Our pay period is one of the quickest in the industry with 2-3 week turnaround with weekly payments on Fridays. Individual in claim expected to be paid within 9 days of completion of jobs which is faster than our policy as well as faster than any company in the industry, basically paying our agents before we get paid by our clients. Agent did a great job for us, but I was traveling on 4/24 and did not make the payment as promised, which was faster than our normal policy. We do pay every Friday but we pay with a 2-3 lag from completion of assignment and only pay right away for new agents. We ask that this claim be dropped from the page, especially since it was resolved naturally. Agent completed her first assignment on 4/8 and then got paid, then completed 3 assignments over 4/13, 4/16 and 4/17 and was to get paid on 4/24 which was earlier than our normal policy. Hauser Group is not affiliated with Favored Panel, it is a company with a different financial model. Favored Panel has over 10,000 agents across the US and no one has ever complained about non-payment for an inspection, where we have completed over 100,000 inspections in a 3 year time period. These claims are terribly erroneous.
