Complaint Review: David Musk - Omaha Nebraska

Johnny found my commercial mortgage business on the Internet. I have 25 yeaes of mortgage lending experience with a magna c*m laude Finance degree and a banking school degree. I am an experieinced wholesale lender with many bank connections to help people with their commercial loan needs. I close high volume. I have many satisfied clients over the years,but never have I tried to help someone like this guy. I have never met this client. He has posted on this rip off site 5 different times,as well as some other blogs and sites, the same slanderous information about me. The client called me maybe a year or so ago and I told him I could not help him,because of his credit and lack of income to buy a commercial building for his mechanic's garage that he was renting. I suggested ways he could perhaps repair his credit on his own to try and to get a written business plan. He kept calling me every 90 days or so to check his credit progress. I never collected any money from him nor put a loan in process at any time. I covered his credit pulls for free,as well as my free advise. From what he told me,he just did not qualify for a loan. I kept telling him if he can repair his credit, maybe get a co-signer and show more cash flow in his account,(he ran a cash business)..that maybe someone could do something on a bank statement income average type loan. I tried to get him to apply at a local bank in his area,but he kept calling me. He did send me some low income hand written hard to read tax returns that I did not request, but I just mailed them back to him with a formal denial letter and again told him on the phone and email there is nothing I can do at this time. He told me he did not even file the returns, yet with the IRS for the past three years! Then he suggested that perhaps I personally could loan him the money as an investor,since I seem to have money,but I told him I do not want to do that. His landlord sold the commercial building and forced him to move out , I guess the landlord also stole some of his tools...when I was on vacation. Johnny called me many times and left upset and angry threatening messages,even though my voice mail message said I was gone and gave the name of another person to contact. The client started to threaten me and harrassing me,more and more. He said that I gave him false hope and ruined his life. I told him I am not the person with damaged credit and running a cash business and that you did this to yourself and to just leave me alone. He said he would get me and hurt me,maybe even kill me. I really think this rip off site is amazing how they can allow anyone to post anything that is uncomfirmed and untrue,as many times as they like here. Johnny keeps posting very slanderous things that deframe a good name. He is harrassing me in a very sick and scary way with calls,emails and these postings and scaring my family. There is something seriously wrong with this man. I have saved the messages and emails. If I should get hurt, I hope the authorities find this post and question Johnny about his whereabouts. This man just needs to move on, I have done nothing wrong. I just loan money and counsel people who qualify per bank guidelines for the past 25 years. I never collect any up front fees and I am paid only when a loan closes. Be well, Dave M
