On07/19/13 I recieved mail from David Stanley Chevrolet. It was an ivitation to participate in a sale. In the letter there was a bonus. A 25 dollar resturaunt.com card just for taking a test drive. The offer is valid thru July 31, 2013. On Saturday July 20 12pm to 1pm my husband and I visited David Stanley Chevrolet. 

When we arrived, Kasey Moore helped us. I explained to her that the only way I would buy is if I could get lower monthly payments. She told me that it cannot be done. I was fine with that and told her that I would at least like to test drive a car to get the resturaunt.com card. We followed her to another area where we were met by another worker. It was a man. I had to again explain to him that I want to lower my monthly payments.  We were lead by Kasey Moore to a new car to test drive. There was a bright  happy man that grreted us in the parking lot. He offered us soda and invited us to have chicken and corn that was being cooked on the grill. I told him that we might after we test drove the car. we tast drove the car and returned. 

While waiting I took the happy man up on his offer and got a piece of chicken for mysel, my son, and my husband. I also got each of us one piece of corn. That was one apeice for each person. Three chickens total and three corns total.  The man that I was discussing my requirements for buying earlier again told us that  monthly payments could not be lowered. I told him that  I was fine with that and that I would like my 25 dollar resturaunt.com card that was the bonus for test driving the car. The man walked away and never returned. I waited several minutes.

I caught the attention of a worker that was not working with me. I asked him where the man was that was here earlier. I could not remember his name, but that worker went to ask his co workers. Kasey Moore came back. Her tone of voice had changed to sharp. She asked me if she could help me. I told her that I would like the resturaunt.com card. She told me that they were out. I asked her if I could have something different or if a card could be ordered and sent to me. She responded sarcastically and said, What, do you want me to give you something out of my own pocket?  She also said, we cannot order any more. That would cost more money. I told Kasey Moore that the advertisement was a lie if I do not get a resturaunt. com card.  She told me to wait and walked away.

I waited for a long time again. Kasey had two of her co workers with her. She acted as if she did not know why I was still there. She got a piece of gum out of the drawer of the desk where I was sitting and looked at me and asked, Are you waiting on something? I explained to her that I was waiting for somebody to come and talk to me about the resturaunt.com card. She told me that nobody is coming and they dont have them and I dont get anything and that wheather or not I believe it is a lie or not, it is not a lie. What Kasy Moore said next horrified me. She said that I already ate 8 Pieces of corn and 8 pieces of chicken, so I got my 25 dollars worth. I left. 

I immediately called to complain and was told that nobody was in to take a complaint. I called back in 30 minutes and was told that the manager would be in on Monday. I called on Monday to express my complaint. I was told by a manager that he would call me back after talking to Kasey Moore. He never called me back.
