It has now been 3 years since this fiasco. The credit card company took my side, and refunded their share of the fees back to me. I showed them my records of calls not answered by Bret C. Davis. I showed them the bill to have a reputable dentist fix his damage. And I showed them how I am still owed over $7,000 for services NOT RENDERED. As soon as I cut that check for $7k, this dentist skipped town. How could things have been "made right" when I am in Idaho, and the dentist is now residing in Texas? How could I have been "treated well" when not a single phone call was returned because he'd fired all his staff and left town the very next day?

This patient received excellent care and then refused all attempts to address her concerns. Unfortunately the internet allows people to post negative and unfounded complaints with no regard for the truth. Thousands of happy patients are a testament to the high-quality care that we provide. We are thankful to them and many refer their friends and family.
