Davis Kitchens Davis Kitchens Tucson AZ REFUSED TO FIX MY CABINETS! RIPOFF!! Tucson Arizona
After I purchased their Cardell Cabinets not only were they late after I had ordered them becuase its not only 4-6 weeks from the date I order them but from the date THEY order them, they never told me that. Their scheduling girl scheduled couldnt even give me a time of when they would deliver so I had to sit around all day and wait for my cabinets. Then they didnt start installing that day no I had to wait for their installer the next day and again they couldnt tell me at what time he would show up. so he showed up around noon. He started installing couldnt tell me how long it would take him so that I could have my appliances there or when my counter top would arrive. So I called their scheduling girl and she told me that my top would go on 2-3 days AFTER my cabinets were installed!!! Finally the cabinet installer finishes doesnt have all the pieces he needs so he said he will come back. They bring out my counter top dont have a corian installer available for 2 day! My top just sat their and my sink I was without a kitchen for almost 2 weeks! Plus I have to keep calling their customer service for them to finish my cabinets to do some pieces of trim. Then they had to schedule someone else to come out and touch up some scratches made by their installers. Called their "operations manager" that he dares to call himself by the name of Skip just stuttered his way though his apologies. But then thats not all I got an invoice and my cabinets are STILL 2 months later not complete! Totall rip off!!! I call the same people dont even work there anymore its just a complete disaster. If I would have known how they operate I would have never done business with them. For the job that they have done I would have just gone to lowe's and done the job myself!
