Don't fall for the "FREE TRIAL" products from this teeth whitening company or from any company, especially if they ask for a credit card to charge you only for the shipping costs!

I had this happen to me and both companies, Dazzle White and Smile Brite kept charging me for monthly membership fees to other companies like a weight loss insider secrets website and other things I have never heard of. I see there is another company now working with Dazzle White with the website of www.store.easywhitelabs.com and the advertisement is under "Sandy's white teeth story", each month it changes.

Even after I called and cancelled my original membership that I did not know I was getting for signing up for the free trials, I still kept getting random charges from other companies. I would call to cancel each one and they would all tell me the same thing that I could cancel, but I could not get a refund, which was only about $7.99 but I was not going to put up with that nonsense. I insisted they give me a full refund or I would take them to court and make their business pay. Then the rep would finally say they could offer me a full refund.

I ended up cancelling my credit card and getting a new card issued since I didn't want to keep patrolling my charges and who knew where my credit card info was going?! Huge nightmare but good lesson- there is NOTHING FOR FREE!!! Beware!!

If you need to contact SmileBrite, call their customer service as soon as you are dissatisfied.  Do not wait till it is too late to return the product.  Call them at 877 604-2117.
