D&D Auto Sales Dean Ripped off Handi-capped people Madera California
We bought a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant we paid cash for it. We bought it October 14, 2015 the car has no title has not been smogged ! We went to Dmv they tell us that they have not done any thing but the initial start of the transfer none of the fees are paid! He has no title to the car. They car is at their shop being worked on February 5,2016 we put in their shop and they were going to fix the things wrong with it The egr valve Window serpentine belt headlight adjustment and several other items! In the mean time the shop got a ticket for no registration Hwy Patrol mailed my wife the ticket it is still on the temporary registration apparently if you buy a used car the temporary is good for 6 months which the California Highwaay Patrol does not Now that! DMV told us too demand the Title which Dean the owner does not have! Their is another car with the same vin# over on the coast. all we want is our money back. or another car.
