I read the other report on here about Dealer Speicialties, and I can't believe we are the only two.  I talk to hundreds of dealers every year, and almost no one has a good word to say about these guys.  It seems to me we all experience the same things - we are socked with a bill we never agreed to (the previously mentioned upsells) or we have vehicle video added without our consent, or all of a sudden the monthly charges go up.  In addition, the rep shows up intermitently to photo the vehicles, but doesn't bother to move them as the contract states nor does he seem to care.  These guys are all lazy.  I don't know how dealer specialties pays there guys, but it can't be very well.  




It seems we've all left for the same reasons - poor service, mystery upsells on our bills, and most of their stuff seems outdated, or they are behind the 8-ball.  they fooled me once, but that's it.  I won't be fooled again.  I'm using a great service now, and I'm telling all my friends about it.  If you are using dealer specialties now, get everything in writing, demand you get what youa sk for, and when they stick you with a big bill, don't say I didn't tell you so.
