Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Dealer Socket/ecarList/Inventory+ Ever since signing up with Dealer Socket/ecarList/Inventory+ in 2016, we have had ongoing issues with syncing our inventory with EBay listing. There was an issue with uploading the inventory from Wayne Reaves to Dealer Socket/ecarList/Inventory+, which went on sporadically for the entire 2017 year. After contacting so many people at this company in their technical support department, the issues were never resolved completely. This caused our company to lose thousands of dollars as the inventory was very rarely correct. Due to the enormous loss I was forced to find and sign up with another company who were able to work with our software system to properly upload our inventory to our various sites with no issues. At that time, after months of ongoing issues, we tried to contact Dealer Socket/ecarList/Inventory+ to cancel our agreement and were sent to many representatives to no avail. No one was able to help rectify all the issues or honor the fact that there was nothing you could do to fix the problem.

Again, we tried to cancel this agreement as the service was beyond unsatisfactory and the time I spent on the phone with Dealer Socket/ecarList/Inventory+ trying to resolve the issues were costly to say the least. My request for cancellation was made in September 2017 and has been ignored. Aside from numerous phone calls, we have also written to Dealer Socket/ecarList/Inventory+ on May 15, 2018 with no reply. I have spoken to the following people, Rebekah Beachley and Mike Muniz via 52 emails and have personally spoken with them on the phone, still, to no avail. I have also left messages to the people mentioned here; Molly Spear on 7/9/18, Rebecca Major on 7/10/18, Julie Swinger on 7/7/18 and David Author on 7/10/18 and have received no replies. I still continue to receive letters of past due amounts from Dealer Socket/ecarList/Inventory+ even after requesting cancellation of my account last year. I have been informed by Dealer Socket/ecarList/Inventory+ hat there is nothing they can do in regards to my request for cancellation as there is a binding contract however; this contract is binding on their part as well for the service agreement which has not been fulfilled.

A contract has two parties, one to pay for services and one to provide. I paid for your services and have not received the services that your contract promised. Once again, I have requested that you cancel this account as there is nothing that I need from your company and have not needed Dealer Socket’s/ecarList/Inventory+ "help” since December of 2017. In closing………..To anyone signing up with Dealer Socket/ecarList/Inventory+, there are ongoing issues with syncing your inventory to your listing sites. It will cause your company to lose thousands of dollars as the inventory is very rarely correct. Due to enormous loss you will be forced to find and sign up with another company who can work with your software system to properly upload your inventory to your various sites with no issues. There is nothing they will be able to do to fix the problem. Be aware that this is a binding contract but also be aware that a binding contract a contract has two parties, one to pay for services and one to provide. If you pay for services, you should receive the services that your contract promises. As a business owner, I understand the seriousness of customer service and trying to please my customers as this grows a business by honoring your word as this in turn makes your customers tell others about your great service and loyalty. The fact that my issues and complaints have been ignored is just bad business practice!!!!!! Sincerely, Albert Wagner President, Vip Auto Group, Inc. [email protected]
