I oredered an AMP tablet from this company in August, 2013. The first day I got it, there was no sound. I asked for assistance and was told to just reset the unit. I did that with no result. The next suggestion was to charge the unit for 24 hours, which I did. Now, I not only did not have sound, but the power plug literally fell apart. I returned the unit to the address they gave me and I still don't have my money back.
These people are nothing but scam artists and should be shut down.

I am a victim of their customer disservice and theft of my money. They charged my card and never delivered the item. When I tried to insist on a refund, they have been non-cooperative and hostile, blaming my postal service when I have confirmed that the item never even entered my country! They are ridiculous. Not only that, but I was contacted by one of their affiliates at Apad.tv. He claimed he wanted to arbitrate for me, and I gave him all the information about my transaction. It seems all he wanted was to get me to remove my posts about Dealsprime. When I refused, that's when he became abusive and insulting, basically scolding me for trying to retrieve my own money. These are the kinds of people that work with Dealsprime. Buyer beware, this company is trash and will steal your money outright! After dealing with legitimate companies all my life, I am appalled by the lack of common decency at Dealsprime.com.

Dealsprime.com has absolutely No ethics and Poor Customer Service. I am a consumer who right now has been waiting over four months for an item I paid over $200 USD for, and have never received. The company is fully aware of the situation and is refusing to issue me a refund for a non-delivered item. They have blocked my attempts to contact them. Seems I have been too persistent in asking for my money back. I have noticed they only refund people when Paypal is forced to arbitrate. Unfortunately I fell victim to one of their tactics to prevent this - they claimed to have shipped my item very late telling me it was initially out of stock. By the time I became wary that the item would not be delivered, Paypal said it was too late for them to arbitrate. Dealsprime has consistently refused to address my issue and to refund my payment. They have No Ethics and they are Thieves!

The item has finally arrived in Bulgaria. However, this doesn't change my feeling towards business practices of Dealsprime and similar gadget websites.
This doesn't change the fact, that being their customer, I don't have the basic right of being refunded in case I've changed my mind. The 1 year guarantee is pro-forma, simply because the cost of sendind the defective unit back to China using traceable and insured mail service can easily cost half or more the price of the unit. Which, as you may imagine, makes the guarantee unusable.
Besides these facts, it wouldn't be completely fair to call Dealsprime a scam. A customer should really read more before buying, so I guess ordering from Dealsprime is really my fault, when there were better options out there.
I will close the Paypal dispute, but I've learned my lesson. A lot of reading and thinking before I click the "pay" button. After that it's too late.

My name is Amy and I am a customer service manager here at dealsprime.com. First, I would like to admit that this order may be taking longer than usual to be delivered. However, there are things that have been left out by the client regarding his order.
If an item is preorder or if it is a limited, then we will automatically add a note in the product description stating this. In this case, it was a limited item(Ainol Fire) and was stated in the product description and in the embedded video. The first batch sold out so we had to wait for the second batch to ship the customers order.
Unfortunately delivery has taken longer recently so the item has not been delivered, we just learned China post is having issues with their site updating. The order is now in Bulgaria and should be delivered to the client any day now, see tracking below via the clients local postal service:

Despite what others say, dealsprime and the other companies mentioned are under completely different owner ship. I have searched our chat records and email and we do not have any record of being contacted by the customer. The order is now being reviewed by paypal and they will decide the outcome. We hope the customer receives his product soon as we want to make good on our promise and deliver the goods.
This could have been easily avoided by both dealsprime and the client so we will have to do a better job at updating our customers.
