Property direct calls dean grazisi leads after another of their owned companies tries to get coaching and mentoring for 30-40k.  Then property direct call the sames leads and tries to sale them a turn key property.  The real problem starts here.  They dont even own most the homes they are selling which makes it a security issue. 

the marketers have no real estate license or more than a few months total in real estate.  they claim the houses are rented out and have been rehabbed.  70 percent of the homes have no renters and they still need anywhere from a few thousand in rehab to as high as 20k.

The buy the houses from a sourcing company after the client pays the money, which is another violation.   I worked for these guys and my recommendation is to stay as afar a way as you can.  Between all the programs they try to get you into, it could go as high a 100k.

They pitched you really hard on tax liens which they dont have and never will have.  Its just an easy pitch to sale you a 2k kit and then do the bait and switch to try and sale you a rehabbed home. They are violating all kinds of securities laws. Good luck and stay away.

Okay, first of all. This person up top who "claims to be a customer of property direct usa" is most likely one of the employees who currently work there. I worked for propertydirectusa as well with the person who wrote this report. They never once lied to any customers of the company. He actually was the top salesman there. Aside from Dean Graziosi being a part of the scam that is propertydirectusa. Everything this person wrote is 100% accurate. You could ask any former employee of the company. They are going to be the only ones who tell the truth. The real reason propertydirectusa fired this employee was because he was told one thing about a property with a client who loved him that management had told us. Then turned around and changed it. A lot of clients have bought properties from this company. And more than half of them regret the experience. They would sale "rent ready" houses to new investors that would come to find out that the properties needed up to 20k more in rehab. They fired plenty of good people from the company for no good reason other than to keep the liars there. Not only will you wait 3 months to get your title. You will end up dumping more money in to the property than you would spend on a nice house in your same home state. My recommendation as well as anyone who knows what this company is about is to turn and run from them as fast as you can. If you want the names of these con men just go to www.propertydirectusa.com. There is a cute little video of them "working" in the top unfinished floor of their sales floor. These guys are scam city you can get the same properties for half the price that they will charge you on your own. Good luck and god bless

Dear prospective and current clients:The following posting was made by a former employee who was with the company for a short but unpleasant time. We have been in communication with this employee who has informed us that he made this outlandish post out of frustration over his departure and not because the contents were an accurate reflection of the company. Unfortunately the policy of ripoff report is not to remove postings, regardless if the poster wants to remove it or not.The original post above it simply not true, we welcome anyone with questions about its validity to please contact our office directly. We have sold many properties to clients all over the country and as you can see there are no negative posts from any people the have ever bought something from us. We credit that to being truthful with clients, disclosing the details about what they are buying, its physical condition, management state, and tenancy status.We appreciate whom ever it was that posted the reply in support of the company. Items to clarify under no circumstances are any rates of return ever promised to a client, people that buy from us are buying a property, we anticipate they are buying it as an investment property to rent to someone and receive the rental income from it. As such there are many variables that go into real estate investments ongoing maintenance, accidents, tenancy changes, damages from tenants, change in market conditions, rental demands, etc the list go's on and on as many of the variables are completely out of ours, or a clients control, its impossible to promise or expect a specific return on ones money invested. 
As it relates to these other companies listed, we are not all the same company, under common management or ownership. We know them all well, we have done business with their clients for nearly one year. We have appreciated the relationships we have created with our mutual clients. Additionally, we do not offer any of the same services they offer, we only sell real estate. Again, thank you for taking time to read this, please do not hesitate to contact us with questions.

I have been a customer of Property Direct for a few months.  During that time I have attended 2 events they have held in Las Vegas, and I have purchased 3 homes. My experience couldn't be more different from the individual (who I found out earlier after talking to my contact at Property Direct was an employee who was fired because he lied to a customer on the phone about the availability of a property).  I would tell you the name of this person but the sales guys at PD told me they are taking the 'high road' on this matter.  Well they have more  patience than I do.

I purchased homes in 3 different cities, and after having them individually appraised after the fact, found out that I have more equity than they told me I might.  I left the events thinking I had about $30,000 in equity total.  It looks like it's closer to $50K  this is money that I just got from making the purchase.  I also have a cash flow of more than $1600/month. 

When I read this issue online I called to talk to them about it.  So to set the record straight, every home I bought had a renter and property management company in place, was section eight guaranteed, and I bought them directly from the individual who owns the house, closed it on the spot in Vegas.  I've had my attorney review each transaction and she said they are 100% clean. 

I plan on going to at least one more event after I cash in my retirement account which is earning me nothing at all and investing it in more real estate properties where I'm earning over 15% on my money. 

Whoever wrote this complaint should be ashamed of them-self.  What a dishonest and bitter little man he must be.  I would not hesitate to recommend Property Direct to anyone. 

This is just my opinion, but also I've made really good friends at both workshops and they feel the same way too.
