Dean's Professional Plumbing Condescending, price gouging, rude, and vindictive. St Michael, Minnesota
The Technician came to my house, and was very condescending. Tried to charge us $1700.00 for a toilet job that I had done myself in the past, but wasn't able to do at the time, (I was in crutches after hip surgery). I asked him if he would just do the specific work I was wanting done, but he said he couldn't because the company has a pricing package. I sent him on his way, and called a different plumber the next day, who was at least honest enough to explain to me that the leak wasn't even coming from the toilet. It was coming from the fridge. He charged me a $90.00 service fee, fixed our fridge, and was on his way. DO NOT Use this company.
