Complaint Review: Debra Belcher - Mark Pickins - Jessica Kirk - Horace O'Neal - Dean Stein - Robert Townes - Birmingham Alabama

This continues my saga concerning the crimes and theft of many involved in my attempted efforts to protect my late father as his legal power of attorney and administer his will, as his legal executrix, according to his will and state law.
I have been down to probate court in Jefferson Co located in Birmingham AL in efforts to try and find out what went on in hearings concerning my late father's estate and the estate of my late uncle both which I was the legal executrix of.
It appears that there are NO RECORDS concerning either estate after the "master," Dean Stein, was illegally assigned to my father's estate, against my objections, presence in court, my father's will, and state law. It appears that all the records, including the accounting I submitted to my attorneys, the deeds to property, the proceeding at hearings, the "master's" accounting, documents filed, etc., etc. mysteriously disappeared!
I also discovered that probate court does not have a copy of the deed to my home that I purchased in 1994, made the down payment on, paid the mortgage for over 15 years, and paid off AFTER Dean Stein forced me to sign his bogus settlement of my father's estate with threats to me if I did not. (The original deed to my home was left at my late father's home which were not included in the documents I finally got from my father's home around 8 months after his death.) The closing on my home was done by Robert Townes who was representing my brother and cousin against my father's will. Mr. Townes was also my and my late parents attorney and accountant for my parents for many years. Conflict of interest? Of course I do have all the paperwork and mortgage, pay-off, taxes filed, etc., etc., to prove my claims.
I also found out from probate court that the property I purchased from my late parent's estate(for $25,000.00 more than the illegal original appraisal done by Robert Townes and my brother without my presence) was legally in both my and my brother's name! Of course I do have a copy of the original appraisal, Stein's appraisal,the warranty deeds the attorneys put in both my and my brother's names,  the quit claim deed in my name only, the accounting, the inventory filed, and deeds of the estate which prove that Dean Stein did not pay me around $190,000.00 which was legally due me from my parent's estate and allowed others involved to illegally steal property of my late parents  estate and property that legally belonged to me.  It appears that my 5th attorney recorded the quit claim first and the warranty deed last. Therefore, as told to me by probate court, my brother legally owns 1/2 of the property that I alone paid for! I have no clue who has the deed on the house I have proof of paying for! My mortgage company informed me that my mortgage release and original deed was sent to the county probate office or to my attorney. Only problem is, I had no attorney at the time as my attorney abandoned me before court because I found out he did not file the final settlement the judge ordered as he told me he did. I also discovered that he was never working for me, my father's estate, or my children,  nor does it appear that any of my attorneys were!
Still haven't been able to find an honest authority whose job is to protect elders, children, and other innocent victims to investigate these crimes and theft and seek justice.I am being told that no property theft or other crimes were involved, although no one will review my documents which prove otherwise. I am being told that the property that was acquired and stolen from my father's estate was done so legally. However, the only document I have seen is a document in which a relative petitioned to be made executrix of my late uncle's estate, which my father was legal executor of, before my father's death! Of course, I do have bank statements and other documents, including the inventory Robert Townes made me file(against my father's will and state law) proving my father was legal executor of his brother's estate at his death, his brother estate had been closed out years ago, and this estate and the property it contained were illegally acquired and sold without my or my father's knowledge or our presence in court. I was not served or advised by my attorney of the hearings of either my uncle's or my father's estate as the legal executrix and an heir to advise the judge of their crimes and theft. Civil Rights Violations? I believe the judge was clueless as to what was really going on.
Can't get the media to talk with me either for some reason. I am now very aware of the false allegations made about me in order to enable this criminals to get away with their theft and other crimes. I also feel confident I can prove these allegations are only true of most of my accusers! IF I could find an honest person to investigate this fiasco and help me prove these crimes.
Of course, I have sent numerous documents as evidence to the Alabama State Bar and others in "authority" that prove my claims but my evidence and these crimes have been ignored. Nor can I find an honest attorney in the State of Alabama to help me. Guess there is not one in Alabama!
The crime and corruption has gone wild in the State of Alabama! I am embarrassed to live in this State. If anyone knows of an honest person with an ounce of integrity that will fight crime, protect the innocent, and stand up for justice, please contact me. I can't seem to find anyone. Your family could be next!
Let's hope that some of Alabama's newly elected politicians will clean up the corruption in our State as their campaign promised.
