I signed up for service for debt consolidation on 30000 debt. After 18 months i have had to show up for court for my own settlements. I have requested to receive a copy of my statements and what debts are settled and have not received copies for three months. I also have been harrassed by debtors when Tammy Hicks stated all calls would stop.
The company And Tammy Hicks changed my mailing address to their Texas Office address to hide the billings. No debts have been settled and as of 2/12/2019. I was told to go to court for a case with no papers in hand from The Debt Relief Team and make a settlement amount and the Debt settlement team would adjust my monthly payment .
I have requested my money back and get nothing but lies that they are working with my creditors. My creditor attorney while in court. stated no one from the Debt Relief Team has neither emailed or spoke to the office for any settlement offers. I will now have to hire an attorney to sue The Debt Relief Team for fraud and return of moneys for false business practices. If anyone has an attorney to sue this rip off company please contact me. 6103106067
