Debt Settlement USA Credit card relief. Phoenix Arizona
My wife and I was not behind on our credit cards when we signed up with Debt settlement!! We were making only the minimum payments though and getting no where fast. I thought by signing up with this company we would or could pay our credit cards off at a faster rate. We paid $534.11 for the first 10 months. That money could have paid off two credit cards by itself!!! They promissed to negotiate with the credit card companies for penny on the dollars, but the best deal I have recieved has been for 30% off one credit card. We are being sued now by all of our credit cards and have judgements against us to boot. Because of all this we are going to file bankruptcy to protect ourselves. This company is easy to get ahold of but it is the same conversation everytime: how much money do you have right now? They ask this everytime. I give them the same answer everytime do you have a deal for me? In closing, do not use this company!! You can do all that they do by yourself! They are a scam company profitting off of the climate of the economy!!!!

I am sorry you have found out the hard way that you could have used the money that you paid them to pay out your cards yourself. It is a racket unfortunately and they make it look so "easy", don't they? Not knowing how much debt you have is had to say if BK is the best option, but I would say that if you have not yet, cut up the credit cards and stick to cash from here on out. Credit cards are not the answer to our prayers, they do not give us "status", they as you're finding out can be a noose around your neck. I wish for your sake you are not having to go thru this nightmare. I hope that once out of this you will stay away from using credit cards. Good luck! Cat
