Paul enrolled in the credit counseling program and was obligated to send payments every month in order to receive the benefits. When he failed to send a payment, a representative contacted him. Paul agreed to have $2800 withdrwawn from his account to try to bring his accounts current. He subsequently requested that the funds be returned to him. At that point Debticated returned the funds via overnight courier. Director of Operations
